Cycle42 for Cancer
On Sunday 8th September, a fundraising cycle for the Breast Cancer Unit Appeal will take place from the Firehouse in Curry Rivel. This event has been organised by Iain and Ken, who are keen to support the Breast Cancer Unit Appeal.
For this years event, there are two options of cycle distances, a 42 mile or 62mile (100k). Each route will take around 4-5 hours.
Along the course there will be 3 refreshment stations and the course will cover mostly country lanes. There will be arrows and marshals helping to guide you along the course. Any main road sections will be heavily marshalled to ensure your safety.
Registration is £30 which will include a free t-shirt for the event. Please register before the 31st August to be able to claim your free t-shirt. Registrations will be available on the day, but this will not include a t-shirt. On completion of the cycle there will be food available at the Firehouse and live music.
Please note ALL participants will be expected to bring a cycle helmet for this cycle.
Please be aware that all registrations will be forwarded to the race director Iain Crabtree, who will contact you directly. If you have any questions about this event, please contact Iain Crabtree by emailing Iaincrab@gmail.com or call 07772 878712
