An operational approach to technology

In an attempt to take Yeovil ahead of the NHS technology curve and align with consumer behaviour, in late 2015 leading tech company DrDoctor were selected by Yeovil, to create an online customer booking platform.  The service will allow customers to book, change and request earlier outpatient appointment slots with future phases seeing the same platform used by primary care partners and eventually inpatient bookings. A commercial structure with low capital investment, flexible terms given rapidly changing environment, and agreed future IT development rates, reflect the benefit DrDoctor expect from pioneering with Yeovil.
